CBA Lincroft Cross-Country Wins State Championship

Mike Mazzaccaro repeated as individual state champion, leading the Colts (#1 in the state, #11 in the nation) to their 22nd NJ State title, the first since 2007. It was one of the best state championship performances in the history of the Holmdel course, as CBA finished 25 points ahead of Don Bosco Prep. CBA put all seven runners in the top 20 and posted a five-runner average of 16:17.2, fourth all time in course history and just three seconds off the course record.
