CBA Honored at Eighth Annual ShopRite Cup

In New Jersey, the ShopRite chain of grocery stores, in conjunction with the State Athletic Association (NJSIAA) annually awards the ShopRite Cup for athletic achievement to four public and two private secondary schools in divisions based on enrollment.  Points are awarded for first through fourth place finishes in all state recognized sports.  Christian Brothers Academy won the Cup this year for larger private schools, for the third time in the Cup's eight year history but the first time since 2006.  This award designates CBA, with five state championships this past academic year, as the most successful athletic program among comparable schools in New Jersey for the 2010-11 academic year.
