This will be the second session of the District Chapter for The Brothers of the Christian Schools of the District of Eastern North America. In the second part of this Chapter, we will finalize items of business developed during the first Chapter session as well as the Mission Assembly.

District Chapter is required by The Rule of the Brothers of the Christian Schools and is

“. . .an Assembly of a pastoral and administrative nature (which) manifests the profound
unity existing among the Brothers and permits their active participation in the structures
of reflection and decision in the District. . .It evaluates the life of the District in all its
aspects . . .and establishes a precise program for renewal (and) adoption or growth
to be implemented in the near future.” (Rules 128)
