About the School

St. Joseph School is located in the eastern part of Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia. It was established in 1958 and will be celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2008. The school offers primary and secondary education from kindergarten to grade 12 and has about 1,030 students. The school needs a lot of attention. There are a good number of students who are not able to pay their school fee. Therefore, the school covers their tuition. Students pay $110 each school year. The fee does not go beyond the teachers salary.

How your contributions are used

In St. Joseph School, the Twinning money is used for maintenance of school and purchase of books for the library.
