The De La Salle School students were treated to a master course on legislation from State Assemblyman Brian Curran who recently visited the school.  Assemblyman Curran and the students formed a mock legislature, to discuss and pass legislation.  After engaging the students in the exercise, Assemblyman Curran quizzed the students on what they had learned, and treated the winning side to pizza and ice cream.  It was a tie!  The photo at right shows Assemblyman Curran with Brayan, Grade 7, and Brother Thomas.  Brayan was the Gentleman of the Week who helped welcome the Assemblyman to our school.
