The District places a significant focus on the formation and involvement of lay partners and associates, recognizing their crucial role in advancing the educational mission in DENA.
Effective governance and leadership structures are central to DENA’s vision of co-responsibility and shared mission, ensuring the District’s efforts to encourage collaboration among different ministries.
DENA is committed to provide support and formation for Chief Administrators, Members and Chairs Boards, to strengthen the network of District Mission leaders who will help enliven the Lasallian charism and mission within each of the DENA ministries.
The district aims to promote faith formation and the proclamation of the Gospel message in all aspects of its work, inspiring individuals to embrace a life rooted in faith and service.
Encouraging vocations to the Christian Brother’s life and other Lasallian vocations are key priorities of the District. This ensures the continuation of the Lasallian tradition through the recruitment and formation of Brothers, lay partners and Lasallian leaders.
DENA recognizes the importance of responding to the needs of marginalized and underserved communities, seeking to bring Lasallian education and support to those on the peripheries of society.
