An annual program that offers retreats and formation for faculty and staff to deepen their understanding of the Lasallian mission and their role as educators.
Lasallian Formation for Mission: The Pilgrim’s Handbook (2019) sets the stage for another arena of the Adrien Nyel Project’s work. This document spotlights the intersection of mission, association, and formation. It states: “A strong sense of community and association gives the Lasallian pilgrimage its distinctive character and identity.”
To this end, the Adrien Nyel Project facilitates retreats or days of recollection for a school’s faculty and staff, mission orientation sessions for new teachers/staff, accompany a religion department faculty in the ongoing task of advancing theological literacy and faith formation, among other opportunities to accompany and support teachers and other educators.
