Strategic Leadership in Focus: DENA Gears Up for the 2025 Fall Convocation

The 2025 Fall Convocation of Governance Leadership, set for November 7–8, 2025, in Warwick and Providence, Rhode Island, continues DENA’s tradition of bringing together Lasallian leaders to reflect, collaborate, and lead with purpose. This year’s convocation, themed “Strategic Lasallian Leadership: Walking in the Path of the Founder,” focuses on empowering boards and administrators to navigate today’s educational challenges through vision, association, and faith.

Designed for Chief Administrators and Board Chairs across the District, the two-day program combines keynote sessions, panel conversations, and collaborative dialogues that encourage deeper alignment between governance and mission. Participants will engage in conversations on leadership formation, strategic planning, student well-being, and the evolving role of Catholic education in modern society.

The convocation opens on Friday at the DoubleTree Hotel in Warwick with a keynote by Mr. Lincoln Snyder, followed by shared discussions and a district-wide reception in Providence. On Saturday, sessions move to La Salle Academy, featuring reflections from Brother Robert Schaefer, FSC, and a panel on Prophetic Leadership with Brothers Dennis Cronin, Daniel Gardner, FSC, and Mr. Chris Fulco, moderated by Mr. Jim Logan.

Ahead of the convocation, guests are also invited to visit The San Miguel School of Providence, where they can witness the Lasallian mission in action through its transformative programs serving young men from underserved communities.

Grounded in prayer, community, and shared vision, the 2025 Fall Convocation offers governance leaders an opportunity to renew their commitment to the Lasallian mission and strengthen their capacity to lead with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
