Québec Sector to Hold Inaugural Henri-Delisle Seminar in November

The Québec Sector of the District of Eastern North America (DENA) will hold the inaugural Henri-Delisle Seminar on November 14–15, 2026, at Camp De-La-Salle in Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, Québec, Canada.

With the theme “Taking care of the most vulnerable,” the two-day gathering will bring together Lasallians from the Sector’s four ministries, including camp counselors, staff members, former counselors, and board members involved in education and social work.

The seminar will focus on two key areas of Lasallian ministry: the pedagogical response on Saturday, November 14, and the spiritual response on Sunday, November 15. Participants will have opportunities to connect with one another, exchange and document best practices, and strengthen the Sector’s educational network.

The gathering is named in honor of Brother Henri Delisle, FSC, who played an important role in three of the Sector’s four ministries throughout his life. Known for his collaborative approach, communication skills, and dedication to education, Brother Henri passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 88.

Through this first edition, the Québec Sector hopes to build stronger connections among its ministries and continue supporting those who work directly with young people.
