Today, May 15, 2025, Superior General Br. Armin Luistro FSC offered a heartfelt message to the global Lasallian family in celebration of Founder’s Day, honoring St. John Baptist de La Salle, Patron Saint of Teachers.
Speaking to Brothers, partners, and students around the world, Br. Armin reflected on the relevance of De La Salle’s mission in today’s world, calling all Lasallians to respond to current challenges with faith, zeal, and creativity.
He emphasized the importance of continuing the Lasallian vocation with courage, noting that the world still needs hope-filled educators who will stand with the young—especially the most vulnerable.
“The call to be Lasallian today is a call to be light in the darkness… and joy amid uncertainty,” he shared.
